Responsibilities
~1 min readWe are looking for an experienced Change & Communications Specialist to lead change management efforts and communications in key transformation programs, including marketing technology builds, Adobe Experience Cloud transformation, and AI acceleration. This role ensures successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across marketing and cross-functional teams within our high-tech client’s framework. As the primary lead, you will ensure teams and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and new technology capability implementations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Communications: Manage the end-to-end execution of All Hands meetings, leadership cadences, and internal leadership progress updates and newsletters. Ensure messaging is consistent, transparent, and aligned with the company vision. Support the design, development, delivery and management of team communications.
- →Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans for new processes or technology rollouts. Identify potential resistance and create strategies to drive adoption. Drive adoption, sustained utilization, and user proficiency for new capabilities, increasing benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and delivery of targeted business outcomes.
- →Content: Create educational content, playbooks, and internal documentation that simplifies complex operational concepts, ensuring stakeholders are empowered.
- →Culture & Engagement: Act as a champion for an inclusive and innovative environment. Organize team-building activities, feedback loops, and recognition programs that foster a collaborative culture.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5-7 years of experience in internal communications and/or, change management
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable messages
- High emotional intelligence with a passion for building community and culture
- Ability to influence and hold cross-functional partners accountable without direct authority
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing tech and data ecosystems
- Proficiency/certifications in formal Change Management models/methods, particularly ADKAR preferred
- Demonstrated time-to-value transformation initiatives
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
