Pre-Litigation Case Manager

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation while consistently providing exceptional customer service to clients. • →Manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and exceptional service throughout the case.
• →Investigate claims, gather evidence, and obtain key documents, including police reports and medical records.
• →Open and manage bodily injury, no-fault/PIP, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims with insurance carriers.
• →Prepare and submit no-fault/PIP applications, lost wage claims, and other related documentation.
• →Verify all available insurance coverage and maintain accurate case information in the firm's case management system.
• →Track medical treatment, damages, liens, and case-related expenses.
• →Coordinate property damage claims when necessary.
• →Prepare cases for settlement negotiations or transition to litigation.

• 3+ years of experience as a Prelitigation Paralegal or Prelitigation Case Manager.
• Has previous experience handling a caseload of approx. 100 case files or more, using a Case Management System, such as Litify, Needles, Clio, MyCase, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
