We’re seeking a Director of Sales Support to join our ANZ Sales Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, sales support–focused leader to play a key role in shaping the future of Brandt’s sales operations. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing sales data systems and processes that maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of our diverse salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of experts in key sales support disciplines.
  • Lead the transformation of traditional processes into modern, efficient practices.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the organisation to align departmental priorities.
  • Share best practices with peers to enhance performance and achieve better outcomes.
  • Identify, organise, and connect key data sets across multiple functions
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that support fast, informed decision-making
  • Manage and communicate market share and performance data
  • Support sales operations in achieving sustainable, competitive margins
  • Maintain a regular reporting cadence and respond to ad hoc data requests
  • Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and accessibility
  • Supporting the business, help deliver and rollout new projects as required.
  • Support demand forecasting and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Analyse market trends and future forecasts to guide business decisions.
  • Develop forecasting tools with IT for use by frontline employees and management.
  • Collaborate with corporate sales on inventory-based pricing and programs.
  • Maintain a database of competitive and internal transaction data to inform pricing strategy.
  • Recommend pricing and program adjustments to improve competitiveness.
  • Analyse pricing trends across products, markets, and customer segments.
  • Design and manage incentive programs that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Conduct product line audits to ensure profitability.
  • Streamline sales processes across all locations and divisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for sales teams and managers.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales processes within the Brandt CRM system.
  • Working with Corporate Sales, develop framework and processes for the evaluation of Used Equipment
  • Working with Marketing, develop marketing strategies for increasing market exposure for Used and Aged equipment.

Who we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing role.
  • Practical experience in the Machinery (or similar) industry desirable but not non-negotiable.
  • Leading communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to operate in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is required.
  • A drive to expand the knowledge base to understand corporate objectives fully.
