Career Development Manager - Construction

• →Lead and supervise the career development function, including oversight of the current development coach
• →Design and implement a comprehensive career development strategy to enhance employee retention and internal advancement
• →Collaborate with executive leadership, HR, and department managers to ensure development programs support organizational objectives
• →Facilitate regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on career planning, goal setting, and skill enhancement
• →Create, manage, and evaluate non-safety training initiatives, including leadership development programs
• →Track and report employee development progress and readiness to senior leadership
• →Support employees in navigating workplace challenges and professional growth opportunities
• →Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• →Identify and pursue external funding opportunities, including training grants
• →Partner closely with HR, recruiting, and executive leadership teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail in written communication, documentation, and task execution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening
• Strong organizational abilities with effective time management
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline preferred
• Equivalent experience (5–8 years) in a similar role may be considered in place of formal education
