Job Title: PLM Technical Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PLM Technical Consultant with expertise in PTC Windchill and/or Siemens Teamcenter to support enterprise PLM platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLM administration, upgrades, integrations, performance tuning, and platform support.

Responsibilities

→Install, configure, and administer Windchill or Teamcenter environments.
→Perform PLM upgrades, migrations, patching, and platform maintenance.
→Manage application servers, databases, file vaults, and CAD integrations.
→Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement HA/DR solutions.
→Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
→Support PLM integrations, security, and user administration.
→Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of PLM administration experience.
Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter.
Experience with PLM upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server databases and Linux/Unix.
Experience with HA/DR, scripting, and troubleshooting.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or OCI.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD.
PTC or Siemens PLM certifications.
Experience supporting large-scale CAD integrations.
