Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Experience Required: 12+ years

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation, deployment, and go-live.

Responsibilities

→Lead SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation and go-live.
→Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
→Coordinate with SAP functional/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
→Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on time and within budget.
→Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change requests.
→Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
→Coordinate impact assessments and approvals for project changes.
→Manage testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
→Maintain project documentation, governance, status reports, and project artifacts.
→Drive post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.

Requirements

→7+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
→Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations or transformation projects.
→Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams and client stakeholders.
→Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, change management, and governance.
→Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
→Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel as required.
→PMP and/or SAP-related certification is a plus.
