Job Title: SAP Technical Administrator
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Administrator to install, configure, manage, and optimize enterprise SAP landscapes across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, HANA Database Administration, system upgrades, migrations, and high availability.

Responsibilities

→Install, configure, and administer SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and NetWeaver systems.
→Manage SAP HANA databases, system copies, refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
→Implement SAP cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and HA/DR solutions.
→Administer SAP transport management, performance tuning, monitoring, and security patches.
→Develop automation using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
→Troubleshoot production issues, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of SAP Basis/Platform Administration experience.
Strong experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and Solution Manager.
Experience with SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, HA/DR, and transport management.
Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

SAP Basis, HANA, or S/4HANA certifications.
Experience with SAP RISE/Grow, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience supporting regulated environments (SOX, GxP, PCI).
