  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Lead SFCC project implementations, including SFRA-based storefronts and integrations with external systems
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
  • Establish and enforce code quality, deployment, and continuous integration standards within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecosystem
  • Integrate and optimize Einstein for Commerce features to drive personalization and product recommendations
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Order Management (SOM) to enhance order processing and fulfillment workflows
  • Mentor development teams in advanced SFCC and SFRA concepts, ensuring compliance with architectural standards
  • Resolve complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in e-commerce environments
    • Required Skills:
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture
  • Salesforce Reference Architecture (SFRA)
  • Salesforce Order Management (SOM)
  • Einstein for Commerce implementation and optimization
  • JavaScript and Node.js for server-side scripting in SFCC
  • RESTful API integration
  • E-commerce platform security and performance optimization
  • Git version control
  • Continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines for SFCC
  • Data modeling and catalog management in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Headless commerce architecture and API design
  • B2B and B2C commerce model expertise within Salesforce
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure) for e-commerce hosting
  • AI-driven merchandising and personalization strategies
  • Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer
  • Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect (preferred)
