Responsibilities

→Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.
→Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.
→Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.
→Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and business insights.
→Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.
→Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.
→Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
→Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.

Required Skills

→Strong expertise in BI reporting and visualization tools.
→Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
→Extensive experience in Pharma/Life Sciences analytics and commercial data domains.
→Experience with patient analytics, sales analytics, field force analytics, or omnichannel analytics.
→Strong client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
→Ability to lead business discussions and recommend scalable BI and AI solutions.
→Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
