Role Type: Advisory, Policy and Expertise Pay Band: Grade 6 / G Location: Noida, India Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Closing Date : 15th October 2026 Role Purpose The Business analyst provides project management, reporting and data analysis support across Global Change Programme initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining high-quality people data, supporting project governance and reporting, and enabling data-driven decision making. The role combines project administration, stakeholder coordination, people data analysis and operational support, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and supported by accurate, timely and insightful management information. The post holder will also support the processing and administration of approved MyHR and other HR technology system access requests, contributing to a positive employee experience through responsive and customer-focused service delivery. Main Accountabilities Project Management Office Support * Support project planning, scheduling and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle. * Maintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, actions and decision registers. * Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and track follow-up activities. * Support preparation of governance packs, steering committee papers and status reports. Data Analysis & Reporting * Collect, validate, analyse and interpret HR and project data from multiple sources. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decision making. * Produce regular reporting on project progress, benefits realisation, resource utilisation and key performance indicators. * Identify trends, risks and opportunities within people and project data and provide actionable insights. Stakeholder Management * Provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders on status, risks, issues and dependencies. * Act as a key point of coordination between project leads, People teams, Global Business Services and Digital & Technology teams. * Support communication and reporting activities across global stakeholder groups. Operational Administration * Process approved MyHR and HR technology access requests accurately and within agreed service levels. * Maintain accurate records and audit trails for system access administration. * Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience. Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities to improve reporting, governance and data-management processes. * Contribute to the development of standardised templates, tools and PMO best practices. * Promote a culture of data quality, continuous improvement and customer service excellence. Essential Skills & Experience * Experience supporting projects or programmes within a PMO environment. * Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel. * Experience creating dashboards and management reports. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with HR systems, workforce data or people analytics. * Stakeholder management experience within a matrix organisation. * Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive data. * Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
