About the Role
Bronwick is hiring a Branch Manager for a fast-growing stone distribution/showroom operation in Philadelphia. You’ll lead the local team across sales, showroom service, and operations—driving revenue, coaching reps, owning key accounts, and ensuring a safe, efficient warehouse and an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales performance. Coach Outside Sales Reps, Account Managers, and Design Consultants with regular 1:1s; provide feedback, set targets, and drive accountability. Partner with regional leadership on performance management when needed.
- Own the showroom experience. Ensure an elevated, on-brand visit for customers; jump in on floor coverage, consultations, pricing, and solutioning. Communicate and execute company promos and initiatives; help train staff and support events.
- Run safe, efficient operations. Provide daily leadership for warehouse and yard; partner with the Operations Manager to uphold safety standards and procedures; step in to keep orders moving and customers supported.
- Manage key accounts. Maintain close relationships with fabricators, contractors, and design partners; conduct outside visits; track opportunities and keep CRM current.
- Communicate and inspire. Lead weekly huddles, cascade corporate updates, reinforce priorities, celebrate wins, and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in sales and/or operations—ideally within distribution, construction supply, or related environments.
- Strong organization and follow-through; disciplined execution and accountability.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team across showroom, outside sales, and ops.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with a customer-first mindset and a track record of delivering sales results.
- Comfort balancing multiple priorities: sales leadership, showroom support, account management, and operations.

- Weekly coaching touchpoints completed; daily showroom coverage maintained.
- Consistent execution of initiatives and reporting.
- Safety, operational, and sales metrics achieved.
- Strong alignment and collaboration with Regional leadership and Operations.
