Responsibilities

→Learn field templating through hands-on training and independent study.
→Learn saw programming fundamentals through videos, practice, and real jobs.

Begin QAing templater work in Raptor and SlabSmith.
Start handling customer drawing changes and updates across internal systems.

Own daily drawing reviews and customer change management.
Learn feasibility analysis and nesting for project estimates.

Handle routine drawing work and customer changes independently.
Partner with ownership on complex custom jobs.

Schedule and Work Setup:

Full-time role.
In-person position based in Columbus, OH.
Shop-based with occasional field work.
Candidates should be within a reasonable daily commute of Columbus.
Relocation is not currently planned for this search.

Compensation:

$85,000 to $100,000 base salary, depending on experience.
Bonus potential.
Final compensation will depend on technical background, relevant experience, and alignment with the role.
