Technical Sales Specialist

Currently, we are searching for a Michigan-based Technical Sales Specialist for a leading manufacturer of stone fabrication equipment. This is a highly technical sales support role that works closely with outside sales reps to demonstrate equipment and help close deals. The position is primarily onsite and focused on running technical demos for prospective customers visiting the facility or attending virtual demonstrations.

The primary responsibility is to lead technical demonstrations of fabrication equipment and support the sales team through the evaluation and buying process.

• →Run live and virtual demonstrations of stone fabrication equipment for prospective buyers
• →Work closely with the outside sales team to support technical conversations during the sales cycle
• →Prepare equipment and demo materials prior to customer demonstrations
• →Conduct multiple product demos per day for prospects evaluating equipment
• →Attend major industry events and trade shows to support equipment demonstrations

• Strong knowledge of stone fabrication processes (saws, polishers, shop workflow)
• Experience using CAD/CAM systems such as AlphaCam
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly while supporting a sales process
• Experience working in a fabrication shop environment or managing fabrication operations
• Familiarity with BACA equipment strongly preferred
