We're looking for the person who will run the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of BTS Argentina: client invoicing, vendor payments, cash flow, and general office operations. It's a role with a lot of autonomy and visibility, reporting directly to the Head of Office and to Finance, and acting as the face of BTS with banks, accounting firms, and local vendors.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage invoicing, collections, cash flow and client expenses.
- Support accounting close, bank reconciliation and HQ reporting.
- Coordinate vendor invoices, payments and corporate card reconciliation.
- Manage office operations, suppliers, travel logistics and vendor relationships.
- Support local payroll administration and employee documentation.
- Use automation and AI tools to improve processes and reporting.
- Support recruitment coordination and onboarding of new joiners.
- Coordinate employee Magic Moments and key people moments (hires, exits and long-term leaves).
- Support ad hoc PX activities and help foster office culture and team engagement.
Who they are
- A team player — the role sits across finance, HR, and office ops, so it means constantly coordinating with different people.
- Proactive: escalates a deviation as soon as it's spotted.
- Sound judgment under pressure: knows to pause a beat before a fast decision with financial impact.
What they bring
- 2+ years of experience in financial, accounting, or office administration.
- Knows (or quickly learns) Argentine labor, tax, and invoicing regulations (AFIP/ARCA, social security contributions).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience systematizing or automating processes.
- Active use of AI tools day to day, whether at work or personally.
- Fluent in Spanish & Intermediate/advanced English (coordination with other offices in the region).
Nice to have (not required)
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms.
- Genuine interest in AI tools applied to administrative productivity.
