Finance Admin

The role of the Finance Admin is to work within a team and take instruction from the Australian Finance Team Leader and Group Finance Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting of his tasks, most specially our customer deliveries / supplier shipments.

  Chase, record, and reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD), Delivery Notes, and Delivery Confirmations

  Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• →

  Ensure accurate input and coding of information to maintain correct records

• →

  Assist the Finance Leader and Managers with various tasks and projects as required

• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Fast learner with a target-driven mindset

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Passion for delivering excellent service and contributing to team success

• Integrity and reliability in all aspects of work

• Ability to liaise effectively with team members and other workers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

• Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases

• Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle financial data

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
