Information Security Manager

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect systems, networks, applications, and sensitive data from threats and unauthorized access.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify security vulnerabilities, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor security systems and investigate security incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security audits to maintain a strong security posture.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM), including user access reviews and privileged account controls.
• Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, and continuity plans.
• Stay current on emerging cyber threats, security trends, and evolving technologies to continuously improve the organization's security program.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, evidence, and remediation plans.
• Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to meet DoD Regulation 8570 requirements, Must possess a current Security+ certification
• Six years’ relevant experience
