We are looking for a dedicated and growth oriented CRM Retention Junior to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who is eager to transition into the world of player engagement and marketing automation. This position is for someone who is operationally disciplined, data-curious, and ready to be trained into a CRM Ops specialist.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of campaigns that keep our players engaged and active, working at the intersection of technology, data, and creativity.

What you will be doing

Through a combination of structured training and hands-on experience, you will learn to: - Innovate & Execute Campaigns: Learn to build, schedule, and launch retention journeys using platforms like Bloomreach and Builder. You won't just execute instructions, we want you to pitch new campaign ideas and help bring them to life. - Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with Content, Design, Loyalty, and Customer Support teams to ensure our player experiences are seamless, fun, and aligned with our brand. - Problem-Solve & Optimise: Help troubleshoot CRM workflows and actively look for ways we can improve our processes. If you see a better way to do something, you’ll have the green light to suggest it. - Elevate the Player Experience: Partner with the Customer Support team to understand player feedback and help design better reward experiences for our community.

Ideally, you bring: - Innovative Mindset: You love brainstorming new ideas, aren't afraid to try new things, and have a natural curiosity about what makes customers have the best experience. - Comfort with Tech: You don't need to be a CRM expert the team will help you get there but you will need to be comfortable learning new software and picking up digital tools quickly. - Attention Detail: You take pride in your work and understand that the small details are the most important especially when launching new campaigns. - Proactive Attitude: You are a self-starter who is excited to learn, ask questions, and grow within a fast-paced environment.
