We are looking for a creative, highly organised, and growth-oriented Junior Retention & Gifting Coordinator to join our CRM team. If you love the idea of combining data-driven marketing with tangible, real-world moments that surprise and delight players, this role is the perfect place for you.
This is a junior, developmental position designed for someone who is eager to learn the mechanics of player loyalty from the ground up. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, curious, and full of fresh ideas who is ready to learn how physical touchpoints drive long-term digital engagement. What you will be doing
Working closely with the CRM and Loyalty teams, you will manage the logistics and execution of:
- Seasonal & Physical Gifting: Help coordinate fun monthly and seasonal gift campaigns, ranging from gourmet food baskets to climate-specific items like cozy winter blankets or summer travel gear.
- Merchandise Management: Facilitate the creation and distribution of our brand merchandise, including apparel and exclusive items tailored for our top-tier players.
- Digital Incentive Programs: Manage the rollout of digital gift cards across major retailers (Amazon, Walmart) and lifestyle experiences (spas, airlines, and cruises). - Bespoke Personalization: Collaborate across departments to pitch and create personalized experiences, such as custom-named physical cards and anniversary gifts for weddings, birthdays, and major milestones.
- Prize Draws & Giveaways: Execute promotional giveaways and prize draws, offering players a variety of choice-based digital rewards.
- High-Value Event Campaigns: Support the assembly of specialty "event boxes" for high-end prize draws involving concerts, sports, and major tech rewards like MacBooks or high-end watches.
- Process & Idea Optimization: Learn to use our internal CRM tools to track gift delivery, gather player feedback, and actively suggest ways to make our gifting process more creative or efficient.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the potential to grow into a high-impact specialist. Ideally, you bring:
● Operational Precision: You have an eye for detail and a "measure twice, cut once" approach. Managing physical addresses and custom orders requires high accuracy.
● Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable learning new software and platforms to manage inventory, tracking, and player data.
● Creative Flair: You enjoy thinking about how to make a player's experience feel special and unique through thoughtful gifting.
● Effective Communication: You can work independently while coordinating with external vendors and internal departments like Content and Support.
● Proactive Mentality: You don’t just wait for instructions; you identify ways to make our gifting processes faster, better, or more impactful.
