ABOUT THE POSITION

At BURGA, Senior CRO Manager is about turning customer insights into better shopping experiences. As our CRO, you'll own the experimentation roadmap across all 19 global stores, working with E-commerce, Design, Development, and Marketing teams to drive measurable growth.

Your Role: Drive CRO initiatives that improve customer experience, increase conversion, and accelerate BURGA's global e-commerce growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Own and drive BURGA's CRO roadmap.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B and multivariate testing initiatives that improve conversion, revenue per visitor, and average order value.
- Write clear experiment briefs, hypotheses, and success metrics, coordinating implementation with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead user research by conducting customer interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to uncover opportunities for website improvements.
- Optimize product pages, product presentation, imagery, galleries, and user journeys to create a better shopping experience.
- Support new product launches by researching and shaping how products should be presented online.
- Collaborate closely with E-commerce, Web Development, Design, Media Buying, and Customer Support teams to bring experiments to life.
- Analyze experiment results, share insights, and continuously identify new growth opportunities using tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, Clarity, Elevar, and similar.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 5+ years of experience in CRO, Experimentation, or DTC Ecommerce with proven business results.
- Hands-on experience running structured A/B and multivariate testing programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools to build data-driven hypotheses.
- Proven ability to turn customer insights and behavioral data into experiments that drive commercial growth.
- Experience working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional ecommerce teams.
- An eye for great UX, product presentation, and ecommerce best practices.
- Shopify experience is a strong advantage.
- Ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for ecommerce, experimentation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

SALARY: 4000 - 5500 EUR/Month GROSS. We're open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
