JOB SUMMARY

The Wireman III is a senior, highly skilled individual contributor responsible for complex electrical assemblies, advanced troubleshooting, and supporting higher‑level builds. This role serves as a technical mentor to Wireman I and II team members and partners closely with engineering on prototype, NPI, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is not a people‑manager role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute and lead complex electrical and control panel assemblies with minimal supervision
Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis
Support prototype, NPI, and engineering change builds
Collaborate with Engineering to resolve design or manufacturability issues
Provide technical guidance and on‑the‑job mentoring to Wireman I and II staff
Identify and recommend process improvements to improve quality, efficiency, and repeatability
Ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
5–8+ years of electrical assembly or wireman experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
Proven ability to work independently on complex builds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Exposure to automation systems or PLC‑controlled equipment
Experience supporting prototype or NPI builds
Experience working in regulated, safety‑sensitive, or quality‑driven environments (e.g., manufacturing, industrial equipment)
