Assistant Regional Director (BCBA)

We are looking for a passionate Assistant Regional Director to help us grow this market and allow us to fulfill our mission to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. This position represents an incredible opportunity for BCBAs looking to expand their leadership skill set. This position is located in Oceanside, CA, and will be required to be in-person at Oceanside for a minimum of 3 days a week.

What would you be doing?

Overall, we are looking for a BCBA leader with exceptional clinical skills who can help develop the local market. The Assistant Director will work alongside the Regional Director to lead a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians to provide the highest quality ABA-informed treatment to families affected by ASD. The candidate will have all the support of the Butterfly Effects clinical and business leadership team in developing the state.

  • Assist the Regional Director to conduct professional development trainings
  • Supervise and Interview BCBA staff
  • Maintain a minimum of 12 billable hours per week
  • Assist with California Rest and Meal Period compliance
  • Represent the company at professional conferences
  • Assist in research projects
  • Interface with BE's business development department to determine needs for the market

What do you bring to the role?

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Must hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification by the BACB.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
  • Strong commitment and passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.
