Establish and maintain relationships with owners while coaching, mentoring and leading a team of Chaplains to successfully carry out our mission statement.
Responsibilities
~2 min read• Minimum of 5- 7 years of full time actual secular workplace experience. A business degree can reduce this requirement. (Church work time does not count as workplace experience.) • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. • Master of Divinity or Bible College (preferred). • Business/workplace Leadership experience• Required technology skills include ability to use a computer and learn software • (Word, Excel, performance management, ADP, iCIMS, Salesforce, etc.), Internet, and • cell phone. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. • Ability to travel up to 50%• chaplaincy to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands: • Work is performed in an office environment and in the various environments of the companies we serve – both blue and white collar. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
