Inside Sales / Warehouse Operations Associate

• →Be a trusted advisor for BWI sales reps and customers—answering product, availability, and usage questions.
• →Field incoming calls from prospective customers and guide them through our offerings.
• →Share details about our product lines, pricing, delivery schedules, and credit options.
• →Help keep our showroom sharp, stocked, and welcoming.
• →Enter phone orders accurately and efficiently.
• →Call existing and potential customers to promote exciting new products and seasonal promotions.
• →Partner with outside sales reps to provide a seamless customer experience.
• →Support local walk-in customers with product knowledge and order support.
• →Resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first attitude.
• →Assisting with the receipt of incoming inventory (forklift certification preferred)
• →Assist with organizing outgoing customer orders
• →During peak selling periods, assisting with local deliveries

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in agronomy, horticulture, or pest control.

• Hourly pay starting at $20.00/hour.
