We are seeking a part-time, remote, Hospice Physician to join our physician team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- M.D. or D.O.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Active California medical license
- DEA registration
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- 1 year Hospice or Palliative experience
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Hospice and Palliative Medicine board certification or fellowship training
- Previous hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, hospital medicine, or complex chronic disease management experience
