About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Solution Architect specializing in Power Supply to support our data center customers. In this role, you will act as the key technical liaison between our internal engineering teams and customers’ infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and performance of power systems in real-world environments, while also collaborating with internal teams on system-level solution alignment when needed.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical interface for customers during product integration, validation, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Guide customers on system-level power integration, including power distribution, redundancy, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • Support customers in troubleshooting power-related issues during testing, deployment, and operation.
  • Analyze field performance data and provide recommendations to improve system reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide timely responses to customer technical inquiries, root cause analysis, and corrective action coordination.
  • Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle from development to production ramp and customer deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams on system-level solution alignment to meet customer integration requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews, EVT/DVT/PVT, and customer qualification processes to ensure alignment between product readiness and customer requirements.
  • Track technical issues, risks, and dependencies that may impact customer deployment timelines.
  • Coordinate with power electronics engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve customer-facing issues efficiently.
  • Maintain clear documentation including technical specifications, issue logs, change requests, and customer reports.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders regarding technical progress and issue resolution.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring customer readiness and smooth deployment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field:
    • Ph.D.; or
    • Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; or
    • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience with power supply systems, AC-DC or DC-DC converters, power modules, or power distribution units (PDUs).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose system-level power issues in customer environments.
  • Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure, server platforms, or high-power computing systems.
  • Background in technical program management, field application engineering (FAE), or customer engineering support within hardware or power electronics industries.
  • Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of power system reliability, efficiency, and redundancy design.
  • Experience working directly with OEM customers or enterprise clients.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
