Responsibilities

→Providing day to day operational routing and switching support with hands on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, RIP, etc.)
→Troubleshoot routing protocols and end-to-end network performance from the Local Area Network (LAN) through a Wide Area Network (WAN), to a Campus Area Network (CAN).
→Willingness to cross train and support multiple technologies in an operational environment including SATCOM, Voice, VDI/Virtualization.
→Support the system adherence to industry standards, DOD standards, DOD policies, DOD instructions, DOD directives, cybersecurity policies, and best commercial practices.
→Utilize ticketing systems for detailed documentation of outages and network change activities.
→Provide technical problem resolution for a wide range of network infrastructure problems or anomalies.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship.
An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).
Current CCNA or equivalent certification.
