Your Day-to-Day

On an average day, your agenda may include the following tasks:

Review and analysis of physician timesheets for accuracy

Allocation of additional client costs
Cross reference of aligning client agreements for accuracy of charges
Communications with healthcare providers

Communications with Account Managers
Collaborating with fellow Operations team members to ensure departmental deadline adherence

You should be able to logically order and complete your daily priorities. In addition to being a proficient independent worker, the ideal candidate can thrive and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
Your attributes should include:

Background in accounting (AR, Billing and/or Payroll)
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (v look-ups, pivot tables)
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to lend assistance to co-workers as directed by immediate supervisor
Strong attention to detail/organization
