Previous HR experience in a manufacturing setting (4 years) OR bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Previous experience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems.
Duties:
Assist team in recruiting and managing flow of new hires
Assist in employee relations and attendance alongside production supervisors
Assist in answering general handbook and guideline questions to employees
Use software and Microsoft programs to record and maintain information pertaining to employees and production
Requirements:
Previous HR experience in a manufacturing setting (4 years) OR bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Previous experience with Paylocity or other HRIS systems.
