Hours 

1st Shift
5:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Thursday 

Pay

$18.00/hour, Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit. 

Position Summary

Heavy-duty hand assembly of firearms. 

Job Duties

• Using hand tools
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Forming and fitting components together 
• Lifting completed product and loading inventory
• Checking quality of assembled items for tolerances and specs

Educational Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

Experience Requirements

Previous assembly experience.

• Ability to follow policies and procedures observe safety and security procedures. 
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment. 
• Ability to multitask and perform different duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to adjust and maintain production flow.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals. Knowledge of basic measuring.
• Ability to test equipment.
