General Labourer

• →Assist with site preparation and general cleanup (housekeeping) 
• →Load, unload, and move materials, construction debris, piping, and equipment 
• →Support tradespersons with project tasks (mechanical, electrical, carpentry, etc.) 
• →Assist with installation-related work tied to boiler, water heater, and control system upgrades 
• →Operate basic tools and light equipment 
• →Complete general labour tasks such as painting, touch-ups, and incidental service work 
• →Follow all safety procedures and site regulations 
• →Assist with material transport and disposal, including possible driving to facilities 
• →Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of one year of experience in general trades; experience in electrical construction or maintenance would be considered a strong asset.
• Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools 
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced project environment
