For a major civil infrastructure project in the Brussels periphery, we are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily site execution. The project involves linear civil works executed in constrained environments and requires strong on-site leadership, planning skills, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

This is a hands-on site role, ideal for professionals who enjoy being close to execution and taking ownership of safety, quality, and progress.

Managing daily site activities and supervising site teams and subcontractors

Preparing and following up detailed work plans and short-term planning

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (VCA, ISO)

Coordinating with external parties such as utility companies and local stakeholders

Identifying risks, deviations, and bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions

Monitoring progress, quantities, and costs, including interim statements

Supporting efficient execution through structured coordination and Lean planning sessions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in civil works and infrastructure projects

Strong site coordination skills and a hands-on mindset

Ability to lead teams and work closely with subcontractors
