Director of Mission Integration

Based at Calvary Holmesglen Private Hospital, this part-time position (0.6 FTE) offers an opportunity to establish and lead Mission integration, with potential for growth as Calvary expands its services.

• →Provide Mission leadership as a member of the local Executive team, supporting leaders to embed and advance Calvary’s Mission.
• →Monitor and report on progress against the Mission Governance Framework.
• →Develop Pastoral Care, volunteering and other Mission priorities.

• Relevant qualifications in theology and/or humanities.
• Experience in healthcare, education or welfare settings.
• Experience in Pastoral Care and/or volunteer services.
• A current driver’s licence.
