Registered Nurse - Aged Care

Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Strzelecki House, located in Mirboo North VIC, we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team. 

• →Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. 
• →Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
• →Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes

• An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred
• Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation

• As part of the application process, you will be required to complete pre-employment checks which may include, but is not limited to reference checks, work rights, criminal history check, NDIS/WWCC/WWVP checks, and a health evaluation to ensure suitability for the role
