We’re searching for a Director, Product Management to join our Digital Payments team in hybrid location from either our Toronto, Chicago or Salt Lake City office. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.      

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, and develop high performing Product Management leaders and ICs.  
  • Coach leaders to reach their full potential, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and collaboration.  
  • Identify current and future talent and skill needs and implement plans to scale team capabilities across the portfolio.  
  • Establish clear goals that align teams around delivering highvalue, highquality, and highimpact enterprise solutions.  
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for an entire product line or portfolio, ensuring alignment with company and business unit vision and objectives.  
  • Partner closely with Technology, UX, Marketing, and GTM leaders to define priorities, commitments, and sequencing.  
  • Make informed tradeoff and prioritization decisions that balance shortterm delivery with longterm strategic outcomes.  
  • Use customer feedback, market insights, and data analysis to shape strategic direction and investment decisions.  
  • Lead go-to-market and postlaunch execution for product lines and major initiatives.  
  • Evangelize product vision and customer value through compelling storytelling with senior leaders and cross functional partners.  
  • Ensure teams are aligned on outcomes, execution approach, and success metrics.  
  • Incorporate P&L, budgeting, and commercial considerations into product strategy and execution.  
  • Monitor and manage team budgets, resourcing plans, and operating costs.  
  • Ensure products across the portfolio are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.  
  • Remove systemic roadblocks and drive scalable, efficient delivery practices across teams.  

Your experience may include:

  • 5+ years of related experience, with at least 3 years in Product Management leadership roles.  
  • 5+ years of people management experience, including leading Product Managers or managers of managers.  
  • Proven success building and scaling high performing product organizations.  
  • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmaps for a product line or portfolio.  
  • Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.  
  • Deep understanding of portfolio management, prioritization, and cross functional software delivery. 

 

You may have other skills or credentials, including:

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L, budgeting, and commercial strategy.  
  • Understanding of reconciliations in an insurance, payments or general accounting context 
  • Expertise in enterprise SaaS product development and go-to- market execution.
