Help shape the future of wealth and asset management through client-led transformation, thoughtful delivery, and meaningful commercial impact.

We are looking for a collaborative and commercially minded consultant to support clients across the Wealth & Asset Management sector. You will work on strategic and operational challenges that improve client experience, strengthen delivery, and support business growth.

• →Support wealth and asset management clients on transformation initiatives across advisory, operations, and digital change.
• →Help define and deliver practical solutions that improve client journeys, strengthen governance, and create measurable outcomes.
• →Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape project direction and support successful delivery.
• →Contribute to business development through insight, analysis, and a strong understanding of the WAM market.
• →Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and consistent execution.

• Experience in wealth and asset management, financial services, or a closely related consulting environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercial awareness and a good understanding of the pressures facing WAM firms.
• A structured, analytical approach with the ability to turn complexity into clear actions.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

• Experience supporting transformation programmes in wealth, asset management, or investment operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory, operating model, or client journey change within WAM.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Exposure to technology-enabled change in a financial services setting.
• An interest in market trends shaping the future of wealth management.
