• →Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to optimise operational processes across company Operations.
• →Leverage technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to deliver scalable automation.
• →Identify automation opportunities through process analysis, value assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
• →Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions where appropriate to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• →Provide technical leadership and establish best practices, standards, and governance for automation.
• →Coach, mentor, and train Operations staff to build internal automation capability.
• →Partner with Operations, Technology, and Change teams to deliver automation aligned to strategic priorities.
• →Support the development and execution of the Operations automation roadmap.
• →Ensure automation solutions meet risk, compliance, audit, and control requirements.
