We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to support strategic, regulatory, and transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

The role will focus on designing Target Operating Models (TOMs), end-to-end processes, and business capabilities, translating strategic and regulatory requirements into practical and implementable solutions.

• →Design and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state business architectures
• →Assess As-Is processes and operating models and define pragmatic To-Be solutions
• →Design and optimise end-to-end banking processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• →Translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into processes, capabilities, governance, and controls
• →Perform gap and impact assessments and define transition roadmaps from current to target state
• →Develop architecture artefacts, including capability maps, process models, and operating model designs
• →Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders
• →Facilitate workshops and support senior stakeholders in key transformation and architecture decisions

• Strong experience in Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation within banking or financial services
• Proven experience designing Target Operating Models and end-to-end processes
• Experience delivering regulatory-driven change and working closely with Risk and Compliance
• Strong understanding of banking processes, governance, and controls
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable, and implementable business designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
