• →Lead end-to-end finance transformation programmes spanning finance IT, operating model design, and process optimisation
• →Shape strategic initiatives for CFOs and executive stakeholders, improving controls, efficiency, and financial insight (e.g. ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP)
• →Oversee regulatory transformation programmes (e.g. Basel, IFRS, PRA), ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness
• →Partner with technology and data teams to embed automation, cloud, and digital capabilities into finance functions
• →Drive business growth through client development, leadership of delivery teams, and thought leadership

• Proven leadership in delivering complex finance transformation initiatives within consulting or financial services
• Deep understanding of finance operating models, controls, accounting processes, and regulatory change
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in business development and client relationship management
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and support collaborative, high-performing environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at executive level

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience leading regulatory change initiatives (Basel, IFRS, PRA, Solvency II, EBA)
• Expertise in digital and automation tools (RPA, Gen AI, cloud) for finance transformation
• Background in consulting with experience supporting growth and capability development
• Strong project governance, risk management, and client delivery experience
