Managing Principal, Wealth & Asset Management (Contract)

Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days per week) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Contract

• →Lead large-scale transformation programmes across wealth and asset management clients
• →Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• →Drive business development, including shaping proposals and expanding existing accounts
• →Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and commercial success
• →Provide strategic insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities

• 10+ years of experience in Wealth & Asset Management consulting or industry roles
• Proven track record of leading complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to business growth
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working within consulting environments on large-scale transformation
• Exposure to regulatory or digital transformation initiatives in wealth management
• Established network within the Canadian financial services sector
• Experience mentoring and developing diverse teams
• Advanced certifications or relevant industry qualifications
