Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Senior Consultant at Capco, you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.
You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.

Deliver Securities Services transformation projects across fund admin, transfer agency or client servicing functions.
- →Good understanding of Fund Admin processes, controls, regulations and industry standards.

Work with senior stakeholders to define complex business problems, shape solutions, and support end‑to‑end delivery.

Lead and support business and functional requirements gathering, including user stories, process flows, and technology alignment.

Analyse operational and financial data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Develop structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to support operating model, regulatory, and transformation initiatives.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in consulting or Business Analysis / Project Management roles within Financial Services.
- Proven experience for delivering end-to-end projects for fund administration, transfer agency or securities lending
- Experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across the Capital Markets Sector
- An outstanding ability to analyse problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in an environment that encourages continuous development and constructive peer feedback
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential. Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus not a must
