Capco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / Specialist to join our Singapore team, supporting the attraction and hiring of high-performing consulting professionals across the financial services sector.
This is a strategic and highly visible role where you'll partner closely with Managing Principals, Practice Leads, HR, and senior business stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Risk, Regulatory Change, Digital Transformation, Data, and Technology Consulting.
You'll act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing market intelligence, influencing hiring decisions, and developing talent strategies that support Capco's continued growth across Singapore and the wider region.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead end-to-end recruitment across consulting and advisory roles within Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Risk, Regulatory, Transformation, Data, and Technology Consulting.
- →Partner with senior leaders to develop hiring strategies, provide market intelligence, and build proactive talent pipelines aligned to business growth.
- →Deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience through effective sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- →Use talent mapping, recruitment analytics, and market insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- →Support strategic hiring initiatives, employer branding activities, and mentor junior members of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Consulting Recruitment within management consulting, financial services, or professional services.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business priorities into effective recruitment strategies across multiple international markets.
- Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, stakeholder management, recruitment technology, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the confidence to provide constructive challenge and trusted advice.
- A data-driven, consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience recruiting within financial services consulting across Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, Risk, Regulatory, Data, or Technology Consulting.
- Knowledge of international recruitment practices across Asia-Pacific and other global markets.
- Experience supporting employer branding, networking events, campus recruitment, or strategic talent initiatives.
- Previous experience coaching or mentoring recruiters within a Talent Acquisition team.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and workforce planning tools.
