Job Description:

• Design and implement the operating capability to support semi-annual dividend payments including production of a clear cost/benefit assessment
• Streamline Capital Issuance TAP (Transaction Approval Process) processes end-to-end
• Develop and maintain a Capital raising plan (governance, roles, timelines, approvals, documentation standards)
• Create a concise reference pack summarizing constituents of capital and how they move over time
• Deliver business-as-usual activities to a consistently high standard (accuracy, timeliness, and control discipline)
