*Outreach Staff Leader - Courie

1.    Serve as a staff resource, mentoring and supporting co-workers to uphold service standards and established policies and procedures.
2.    Assist supervisor with activities related to the daily operations of the department, coordinating and optimizing efficiency, maintaining courier route sheets, alpha-client list, training materials, etc.
3.    Serve as a professional role model to create and maintain a harmonious, professional, and productive work environment.
4.    Collaborates with management to ensure ongoing training needs are met.
5.    Organize and deliver lab reports, correspondence and supplies to CCHC Laboratories clients, CCHC Laboratories Patient Service Centers, and within the CCHC Laboratories, system.  
6.    Transport laboratory specimens from CCHC Laboratories client offices, CCHC Laboratories Patient Service Centers, and the hospitals to their appropriate destinations.
7.    Acts as customer relations person on behalf of CCHC Laboratories in the client offices, relaying concerns from the clients to appropriate supervisory personnel. 
8.    Drivers must be courteous at all times, and obey all State and local driving rules, regulations, and laws when driving as an agent of CCHC Laboratories.
9.    Completes the proper biohazard documentation and transports hazardous waste from various CCHC Laboratories locations for proper disposal.  
10.    Run business errands as necessary, hardware store, office supply store, bank deposits, postal runs, etc.
11.    Other related duties as directed by management.
12.    Works in tandem as a member of the CCHC Laboratories team to deliver excellent services.

•    Must have three years of courier experience; one year preferably at CCHC Laboratories 
•    Displays strong problem solving and organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, in writing or by phone.
•    Must be able to lift 35 lbs.  
•    Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, current auto insurance for personal vehicles, and a safe driving record.  When using personal vehicles, they must be reliable and currently inspected.
