Senior Product Manager

📍 London | 🏢 3 days in office

• →Own the customer experience and rewards product roadmap, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
• →Own end to end flows in App and Desktop customer portal.
• →Define, measure, and analyse KPIs using both qualitative and quantitative research to drive prioritisation.
• →Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product improvements at pace.
• →Work intuitively with AI tools to create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows to communicate product thinking clearly across the business.
• →Identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey, with a relentless focus on retention and satisfaction.
• →Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, compliance, and commercial to deliver joined-up customer outcomes.

• Commercial acumen: Entrepreneurial gut instinct, and intuitive analytical understanding of economics and product outcomes.
• Executive presence: Comfortable presenting directly to C-suite leadership.

• Stage 1: A quick 30-minute virtual intro with our Talent team to get to know you.
• Stage 2: A 1-hour technical session with 2 members of the Product team. We can host you in the office or meet virtually.
• Stage 3: An onsite 60-90 minute final chat with the Director of Product.
