We seek a talented Video Editor and Videographer to drive audio-visual storytelling and brand growth across CapitalSage Holdings. This role involves capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with our marketing and communication goals. Key Duties: Be a master storyteller via audio-visual content Capture high-quality video footage for various platforms. Edit video content to meet project specifications and length. Handle and organize raw and edited video files. Export videos and facilitate their distribution across mobile and web. Work with production and marketing teams to align on project goals. Maintain and operate modern video equipment. Implement creative ideas to enhance video content. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos. Stay updated with video editing and production best practices. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies. Requirements Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Videographer. Possesses extremely high video editing and manipulation competence Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut). Strong understanding of timing, motivation, and continuity. Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing. Excellent storytelling and creative skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to work with multi-track split audio.Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred. Benefits Industry Standard
