Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Sales Executive, you'll meet with prospective guests and existing owners, showcase the benefits of vacation ownership, and help families discover a lifetime of travel opportunities.
- →Conduct engaging and professional presentations for guests visiting our resort.
- →Guide guests through model accommodations and showcase the benefits of vacation ownership.
- →Build rapport, identify vacation goals, and recommend ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.
- →Meet with existing owners to discuss upgrade opportunities and maximize the value of their ownership.
- →Partner with sales leadership to structure ownership options and financing solutions.
- →Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual sales goals.
- →Maintain a strong understanding of Capital Vacations products, programs, and offerings.
- →Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Highly motivated and driven by financial success.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and competitive mindset.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, automotive sales, insurance, finance, retail, luxury goods, or customer service is a plus—but not required.
- Ability to commute to our Sales Preview Center located at 141 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.
