Capital Vacations is expanding throughout Florida, and we're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to help build high-performing teams across our Gold Coast Region.

This is more than a recruiting role. You'll serve as a strategic business partner to operational leadership, helping shape hiring strategies, strengthen employer branding, and attract top talent across multiple markets.

Primary Markets:

• Cocoa Beach

• Daytona Beach

• Hollywood Beach

Additional Support:

• Orlando (as business needs require)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This position is based onsite between our Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach locations and requires up to 25% travel throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to Orlando.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding.

• Lead recruiting efforts across Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Hollywood Beach, and support Orlando as needed.

• Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.

• Build proactive talent pipelines for sales, marketing, hospitality, operations, and corporate positions.

• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, social media, career fairs, and additional recruiting channels.

• Conduct phone interviews, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with leaders across multiple Florida locations.

• Create engaging recruiting content to strengthen Capital Vacations' employer brand.

• Execute social media recruiting campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Represent Capital Vacations at career fairs, networking events, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.

• Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Analyze recruiting performance and recommend process improvements.

• Support onboarding, recruiting events, new hire classes, and additional Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting in high-volume sales, hospitality, staffing, or customer-focused environments.

• Proven sourcing experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and social media.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience recruiting sales professionals, hospitality leaders, or vacation ownership talent.

• Experience with employer branding, social media recruiting, and recruitment marketing.

• Passion for building talent pipelines and creating innovative recruiting strategies.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the assigned territory.
