HVAC Service Technician

Capitol Mechanical Inc. is a full service commercial HVAC contractor serving Wisconsin since 1971. We are an established company with many key employees who have been here for over 20 years. Their wealth of experience is key to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair multiple HVAC system types.
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Maintain working relationships with customers
• Participate in company-provided training
• Communicate issues and time frames for workload
• On-call rotation
• Maintain company-provided vehicle and tools
• Present a professional appearance and manner

Requirement:

• 1 + years of commercial, and or residential HVAC service technician experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with troubleshooting a wide variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• Understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
• Exceptional communication skills with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Ability to handle physical workload
