- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- Experience supporting US-based Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and/or Implementation teams.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into systems and process solutions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role.
- Experience supporting SaaS and/or DaaS business models.
- Expertise in Salesforce and/or HubSpot; Hands-on experience with CRM data management, reporting, and process support.
- Experience working with go-to-market teams in a healthcare, technology, or data-driven organization preferred.
- Experience working with global teams, supporting daily ad-hoc interactions and scheduled meetings.
