As a Provider Partnerships Liaison, you will focus building and strengthening partnerships that will enhance Care’s mission to promote clinical trial access to all patients. You will work directly with current and prospective Trial Access Partners, conduct demos, and successfully sell the company's value proposition. You will focus on physician engagement and education for Care’s Trial Access Partner Program and serve as a regionally assigned Provider Partnerships Liaison for assigned accounts.

  • Act as liaison between Trial Access Partners, the Provider Partnerships Team, and internal stakeholders to keep all relevant parties informed of activity across multiple campaigns.
  • Engage with Trial Access Partners and their office staff to ensure proper education of patients and outreach effectiveness.
  • Perform customer support to our Trial Access Partners, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to promote adoption of best practices by engaging stakeholders on recommended workflows and performance objectives.
  • Keep Trial Access Partners informed of specific campaigns and for appropriate future opportunities.
  • Maintain a network of Trial Access Partners through ongoing outreach and activities.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of patient recruitment by working closely with Trial Access Partner office staff to educate potential patients and perform patient outreach.
  • Assist in EMR or Chart Review when necessary.
  • Pursue qualified opportunities to close; meet or exceed quota.
  • Communicate company value to prospective customers in a compelling and personalized manner.
  • Illustrate the various solutions from Care Access and how each can solve specific Physician challenges; build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and releases new products.

  • An ability to be flexible in your duties and adjust to evolving business needs.
  • Ready to participate in every stage of the sales process.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master complex internal technologies.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills; you can seamlessly guide a conversation and anticipate potential needs.
  • Passionate for clinical research.
  • 5-8 Years of experience in the life sciences domain, preferably clinical research.
  • College degree is related field, preferred.
  • Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
  • Travel: This is a remote position with up to up to 50% travel requirements for appropriate customer engagement. Length of travel will depend upon study requirements, staff needs, and company initiatives.
  • Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 USD per year for full time team members.
